Frequently asked questions
MEADOW AND THORNS TERMS AND FAQS
Goods bought are at buyers discretion and refunds will only be given if goods are damaged or faulty as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, and return postage is at the customers cost.
Meadow and Thorn Ltd cannot be held responsible for individual reactions to ingredients in products, and endorse that customers patch test products before use.
Goods shipped by staff twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.
Tracking info will be sent via email at time of parcel collection by the courier
If paper invoice is required please contact us on meadowandthorn@gmail.com .
Currently we do not provide paper invoices unless by special request as we wish to limit environmental impact.
